Michael Friend - Managing Director

Michael is the principal of Rob Tate Homes and deals directly with every client. So if you want to be able to speak with someone all the way through your build, Michael is the builder for you. He holds the position of Chairperson on the Housing Industry Associations Northern NSW Branch  Committee and in recognition of his attention to detail and excellence in building over the past 28 years, Michael has been selected by his peers as a Housing Industry Awards Judge for the last 5 years.

Neil Saville - Construction Manager

Neil is your site supervisor overseeing the construction of your new home. He is an expert in ensuring your home is built on time, on budget without compromising quality. Neil is a licensed contractor and qualified supervisor and has held the position of Construction Manager with the company for seven years. Prior to this Neil was sub-contracted to carry out the majority of carpentry work. Neil has 25 years first class experience in the building industry.

Christine Castles - Client Liason Manager & Colour Consultant

Chris will happily assist you through the process of product and color selections. This can sometimes be a daunting task, but Christine excels at making this simple and enjoyable. Christine’s goal is to help provide you with your own personal touches to your new home. She also streamlines council applications, building contracts and delivery of your selected products from our suppliers. Chris has been with Rob Tate Homes since 2001.

Robyn Compton - Office Administrator

Robyn is the “go to” person in the Rob Tate Homes operation. She guarantees the smooth running of the office, giving you peace of mind that the team is focused on helping you achieve your dreams. Robyn has been with the company since 2003 and is responsible for all office administration, OH&S as well as team and client support.
