At the conclusion of the 13 week Defects Liability Period any significant maintenance work as well as our routine service check will be carried out.  Our Defects Liability continues for 52 weeks commencing on and including date of practical completion.  Rob Tate homes will rectify defects that are the builders responsibility and which are notified in writing to the builder during this period. Any urgent maintenance like plumbing or electrical service interruptions or the like should be reported to our office and rectification work will be carried out immediately
